Vendor Terms

1. Eligibility

To sell on Afrikabizz, you must: be at least 18 years old, operate a legal business, provide accurate information during registration, and obtain approval from the Afrikabizz team.

2. Vendor Obligations

• Provide accurate and honest product descriptions.
• Ship orders within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate stock levels on the platform.
• Respond to customer messages within 24 hours.
• Comply with return and refund policies.
• Not circumvent the platform for direct transactions.

3. Commissions & Payments

Afrikabizz applies a commission on each sale made through the platform. Commission rates are defined in the platform settings and may be updated with notice. Payments to vendors are made after delivery confirmation and deduction of applicable commissions.

4. Prohibited Products

• Counterfeit products or items violating intellectual property rights.
• Illicit substances or unregulated hazardous products.
• Items related to illegal activities.
• Any product prohibited by applicable local legislation.

5. Suspension & Termination

Afrikabizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account in case of violation of these terms, proven fraud, or behavior detrimental to the platform or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

By publishing content on Afrikabizz, you grant Mak Digital Ventures LLC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content in the context of the platform's services.
