How Does Escrow Work?
- The buyer places an order and makes payment.
- Funds are held securely by Afrikabizz.
- The seller prepares and ships the order.
- The buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction.
- Funds are released to the seller.
Buyer Protection
Afrikabizz Buyer Protection covers the following situations:
- Order not received within the agreed timeframe.
- Product does not match the description.
- Item damaged upon receipt.
- Service not rendered.
Dispute Procedure
- First contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
- If unresolved, open a dispute from your Escrow customer space.
- Submit your evidence (photos, messages, etc.).
- The Afrikabizz team reviews the dispute within 48 business hours.
- A decision is made and funds are released accordingly.
Refund Timelines
In case of an approved refund, funds are returned to the buyer within 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment method used.
